About Us

Welcome! My name is Beth. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Scott, for 7 years. For a long time we have talked about adopting a child (or two). During 2010 we began the adoption process, and this past summer we worked really hard to get all of our paperwork and classes done.

We spent lots of time talking about our options and have decided that Ethiopia is the country for us! In December 2011 we were added to our international agency's waitlist! Woohoo!

We are preparing ourselves for a long wait and are looing forward to bringing a child home. While we wait, I am relying on the blogs of other adoptive families for advice and guidance. I hope someday we can be a source of inspiration for other families!
